What you will do

• Develop, validate, and standardize PLC logic for controls device data parsing.
• Implement and standardize DLA controls architecture across manufacturing facilities.
• Own and maintain automated PLC logic generation tools.
• Ensure compliance with corporate hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, DLA, and plant teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and implementation support to internal teams and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in PLC controls programming, automation, or manufacturing engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Rockwell and Siemens controls systems.
• Strong PLC programming experience within automotive assembly or powertrain environments.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without current or future sponsorship (H1-B, OPT, etc.).
• Ability to travel 50% or more on a frequent basis.

Nice to have

• Experience with FANUC systems.
• Knowledge of data analytics concepts and tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Python.
• Background in automotive plant maintenance or industrial engineering.
