Salary: $140,000–$300,000

What you will do

• Transform loosely defined problems into concrete product directions and technical approaches.
• Rapidly prototype and validate ideas using AI-augmented workflows.
• Act as the initial engineering force for new startups, building APIs and core workflows.
• Define product requirements and evaluate tradeoffs between speed and technical design.
• Shape the product direction alongside partners and founders.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in software, systems, or ML.
• Experience building products or systems end-to-end.
• Ability to work effectively without clear requirements in ambiguous environments.
• Comfortable with rapid iteration and shifting directions.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience in early-stage startups or founder-like environments.
• Interest in starting or leading a company.
