What you will do

• Supervise and mentor counselors, providing necessary feedback and clinical documentation.
• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions for patients.
• Develop and revise comprehensive patient treatment plans and maintain clinical records.
• Facilitate weekly supervision sessions and lead treatment team meetings.
• Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accrediting agency standards.
• Coordinate care with community providers and manage crisis interventions.

Requirements

• Licensure: CADC-S, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT required.
• Full compliance with federal and state regulations for certification, licensure, and degree.
• Deep knowledge of human behavior and the rehabilitation of drug-dependent patients.
• Strong interpersonal communication and decision-making skills in stressful situations.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Westerly or Johnston, RI.
