What you will do

• Supervise and mentor counselors, providing regular feedback and documentation.
• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions as required.
• Facilitate hands-on training through observation and case record reviews.
• Develop and revise patient treatment plans while maintaining comprehensive records.
• Lead treatment team meetings and coordinate care with community providers.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accrediting agencies.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid license or substance use counselor certification (ADC, ALC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, or LPC).
• Three years of relevant clinical experience following completion of a master’s degree.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of human behavior and rehabilitation of drug-dependent patients.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and office equipment.
