What you will do

• Provide immediate first aid support and coordinate referrals to external medical providers.
• Administer and maintain workers' compensation and return-to-work programs for injured associates.
• Engage with associates and leadership to provide coaching on at-risk work habits and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate medical records, daily activity logs, and emergency medical supply inventories.
• Facilitate and maintain certifications for First Aid, CPR, and AED training.
• Assist with emergency response operations and random drug testing protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved provider.
• Current EMT or Paramedic Certification (DOH/NREMT) OR active Athletic Trainer Certification (BOC).
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand/walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Must be based in Fontana, CA.

Nice to have

• Certification to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training.
• Professional experience with OSHA regulations and Workers Compensation.
• Experience managing musculoskeletal disorders and ergonomics.
• Prior military experience as a Combat Medic, Field Medic, or Healthcare Specialist.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.
