What you will do

• Deliver bespoke reporting and analysis across artist campaigns and streaming platforms.
• Communicate key artist, audience, and commercial insights to internal stakeholders.
• Utilize SQL and Snowflake to manage large datasets and produce performance reporting.
• Build dashboards and visualizations using Tableau to track market trends and DSP performance.
• Partner with A&R teams to provide data-led insights on potential signings and emerging talent.
• Support the implementation of AI and LLM-based solutions to enhance reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience writing SQL queries and working with large datasets.
• Proficiency in building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or similar BI platforms.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with confidence in complex formulas.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in the office at least 4 days per week.

Nice to have
