What you will do
- Supervise daily operations including patient admission, medication delivery, and processing.
- Lead and mentor team members to achieve annual goals and ensure proper credentialing.
- Manage revenue collection, expenditures, and schedule adherence.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and accrediting agency requirements.
- Serve as the Corporate Compliance Officer for the treatment center.
- Address urgent issues and patient complaints to maintain high service standards.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in substance abuse treatment services required.
- Proven experience in operations, compliance, safety, and quality of care.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and knowledge of ethical standards.
