What you will do

• Supervise daily operations including patient admission, medication delivery, and processing.
• Lead and mentor team members to achieve annual goals and ensure proper credentialing.
• Manage revenue collection, expenditures, and schedule adherence.
• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and accrediting agency requirements.
• Serve as the Corporate Compliance Officer for the treatment center.
• Address urgent issues and patient complaints to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in substance abuse treatment services required.
• Proven experience in operations, compliance, safety, and quality of care.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and knowledge of ethical standards.
