What you will do

• Provide leadership to the Clinical Operations Department, including Clinical Trial Management and Monitoring.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, timely, and cost-effective clinical trials in compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate activities of internal and contract clinical operations team members, including site assignments and performance management.
• Collaborate with executive management on departmental development and strategic business planning.
• Serve as the primary interface with client representatives and internal departments like Data Management and Biostatistics.
• Participate in bid defense meetings and contribute to proposals, budgets, and contracts.

Requirements

• Must be based in South Korea
• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, scientific, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in clinical research.
• Extensive clinical and line management experience.
• Proven ability to manage full-service, large-scale, complex clinical projects.
• Proficiency in computerized information systems and standard office software.

• Experience monitoring in Oncology and complex therapeutic areas.
