What you will do

• Lead technical solution design, requirement decomposition, and architecture construction for power battery pack BMS.
• Develop and debug low-level drivers, logic control, protection strategies, and communication protocols.
• Implement and optimize core algorithms including SOC, SOH, SOP, thermal management, and fault diagnosis.
• Coordinate bench testing, HIL simulation, vehicle integration, and mass production introduction.
• Act as the core technical interface for customers and suppliers to resolve technical discrepancies and ensure project progress.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO26262 and IEC60204 through FMEA and functional safety design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Electronic Information, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 6 years of R&D experience in power battery BMS with experience as both a System and Software Engineer.
• Participation in at least 2 mass-production projects of new energy power battery pack BMS.
• Proficiency in embedded software development using C/C++ and mainstream MCU architectures like ARM/STM32.
• Strong knowledge of CAN/LIN bus communication and V-model development processes.
• Ability to independently tackle technical challenges and conduct problem reviews in a cross-departmental environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in BMS functional safety design, risk analysis, and compliance development.
• Hands-on experience in functional safety certification implementation.
• Previous experience working at OEMs or leading power battery companies.
• Experience interfacing with overseas projects.
