What you will do

• Perform blood draws and specimen collections following standard protocols.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Accurately label, document, and process specimens for laboratory transport.
• Enter patient, specimen, and test information into laboratory information systems (LIS).
• Verify data completeness and identify discrepancies.
• Travel between assigned locations to provide phlebotomy services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in phlebotomy and data entry.
• Minimum of 2 years of IOP experience.
• Certification in phlebotomy (if required by state).
• Proficiency with EMR/LIS systems and Google Workspace.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations.
