What you will do

• Provide high-quality primary care via video visits, live chat, and secure messaging for at least 36 patient contact hours per week.
• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment planning.
• Manage and coordinate care for chronic conditions and provide preventive wellness counseling.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications according to regulations.
• Serve as a collaborating physician for Nurse Practitioners, providing oversight, mentorship, and chart reviews.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the proprietary electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Active board certification in Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of South Carolina.
• Active medical licenses in CA, TX, or FL, plus 5 additional state licenses.
• At least 5 years of clinical practice experience post-residency.
• Availability to work weekends and assigned holidays as part of the regular schedule.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in telehealth.
• Eligibility for expedited licensure through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).
