Salary: $151,253 – $213,534 USD per year (depending on geographic tier)

What you will do

• Partner with Mobile Product and Engineering teams to analyze user behavior and feature adoption on iOS and Android.
• Design and analyze end-to-end A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Define success metrics for product initiatives to ensure features deliver measurable user and business value.
• Apply statistical methods for conversion funnel analysis, cohort retention, lifecycle segmentation, and LTV modeling.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Hex to enable stakeholders to self-serve growth insights effectively.
• Implement comprehensive event tracking plans to ensure accurate measurement of product adoption.

Requirements

• Expertise in A/B testing statistics and end-to-end experimentation design.
• Proficiency in Python for developing advanced analytics solutions and automation scripts.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and data visualization tools (e.g., Hex).
• Authorized to work lawfully in the USA; no immigration sponsorship is provided.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable growth strategies for non-technical audiences.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills for ambiguous business problems.
