What you will do

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to clients in their home environments.
• Implement treatment plans and protocols developed by the BCBA Supervisor across various domains including communication and social skills.
• Collect and manage accurate client data and notes using specialized data collection software.
• Collaborate with supervisors to review goals and refine procedures for each client.
• Assist with clinical assessments and provide support for parent training.
• Maintain and renew RBT certification in compliance with the BACB Ethical Code.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain before the start date).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client homes in Hinesville, GA.
• Experience working with children or adults between ages 3-18.
• Knowledge of Autism and techniques for addressing challenging behaviors.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
