TL;DR

Senior B2B Account Manager (Urban Mobility): Managing a portfolio of corporate accounts to drive customer retention and expand subscription and transaction volume with an accent on ROI-driven conversations and multithreading relationships. Focus on expanding existing accounts via a land-and-expand model and optimizing net monthly revenue retention (MRR).

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Midtown Atlanta and able to work in office 3 days a week

What you will do

  • Manage a book of corporate accounts, focusing on customer retention and expanding subscription and transaction volume.
  • Conduct ROI-based conversations highlighting leakage elimination, avoided fines, and expense overhead reduction.
  • Build and multithread relationships across Fleet Management, Finance, Accounting, and executive sponsors.
  • Execute structured QBRs that tie session volume and savings to operational and financial outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a 90+ day renewal forecast to surface risk early.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within sibling divisions, parent companies, and regional offices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record in both new business development and account management.
  • Consistent history of attaining or exceeding quotas in target-driven environments.
  • Proven ability to expand accounts through subscription growth or new product motions.
  • Experience navigating complex accounts and selling to multiple stakeholders, including executive decision-makers.
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex value into clear customer-facing stories.
  • Must be based in Midtown Atlanta, US.
