What you will do

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive clinical evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized, data-driven treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and BTs in accordance with BACB standards.
• Deliver parent training (minimum 2 hours monthly) and direct services via telehealth and in-home settings.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including progress reports and session notes.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers to ensure treatment efficacy.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Ability to travel monthly within Alaska for in-person client supervision.
• Experience in conducting FBAs and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Ability to supervise RBTs/BTs according to professional standards.
