What you will do

• Provide direct people leadership to the Medication Support Navigator team, including 1:1s, performance management, and staff development.
• Coordinate medication-related services and referral tasking to ensure timely completion of patient support.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Pharmacy Manager to facilitate operational improvements and maintain staff competency.
• Maintain shift schedules, time and attendance, and PTO management for the team.
• Maintain hands-on involvement in patient care by troubleshooting medication access barriers with pharmacies and benefits managers.
• Lead daily team huddles and ensure operational excellence through quality checks and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Current accredited pharmacy technician certification (e.g., PTCB) and maintenance of registration with applicable state boards.
• 5+ years of experience as a certified pharmacy technician.
• 3+ years of experience in people leadership.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and Microsoft suite.
• Ability to work 8:00am-5:00pm Mountain or Central Time.

Nice to have

• Experience in a call center or ambulatory clinic setting.
• Experience managing teams in a virtual environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
