Location: Work from anywhere in the US

Salary: $230,000 - $270,000 USD

What you will do

• Provide text and video-based comprehensive care, including acute care.
• Manage a dedicated panel of patients as their primary care physician.
• Educate patients on appropriate treatments and care plans for their health needs.
• Manage patient follow-ups for chronic care programs.
• Prescribe medication and refills as appropriate.
• Drive high-quality care with a focus on patient outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of post-residency work experience.
• Active state license in NJ required; CT, PA, NY & IMLC licenses preferred.
• Board-Certified in Family Medicine.
• Must be currently enrolled, or eligible for enrollment, as a Medicare provider.
• Primary care experience and behavioral health experience, ability to treat both acute and chronic care conditions.
• Tech-savvy, proactive, organized, detail-oriented.
