What you will do

• Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully-remote, virtual setting.
• Manage a dedicated panel of patients as their primary care physician.
• Refer patients to specialists or acute care services when clinically indicated.
• Work on population health initiatives for risk-attributed patients.
• Support patients post-discharge to improve understanding of treatment plans and reduce readmissions.
• Practice continuous self-evaluation to ensure adherence to clinical guidelines.

Requirements

• Board-Certified in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Active NC state medical license required.
• 3+ years of post-residency work experience, including 2+ years in an in-person primary care setting.
• Prior experience with EPIC EMR and virtual visits.
• Must be able to work Monday and Friday with specific availability.
• Commitment of 40 hours per week, including 36 clinical hours.
