What you will do

• Lead and supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians providing in-home ABA services.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for children aged 3 to 21.
• Monitor client progress and provide ongoing professional development and feedback to staff.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and clinical professionals to ensure treatment success.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet a requirement of 25 billable hours per week.
• Manage a caseload of 10-13 cases depending on service hours.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Master’s degree required.
• Must reside in Georgia or within 50 miles of the Georgia border.
• Ability to travel to Savannah once a month for client visits.
• Proficiency in ABA principles, data analysis, and supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.

Nice to have

• 2-3 years of experience in case management and telehealth services.
• Experience with Central Reach ABA software.
