What you will do

• Optimize and develop clinical workflows to enhance clinician and patient experiences.
• Manage and analyze incoming lab results daily, following escalation procedures.
• Collaborate with external vendors to facilitate lab and imaging service delivery.
• Monitor clinic phone lines to handle inquiries from patients, clinicians, labs, and pharmacies.
• Resolve escalated patient or partner issues in collaboration with pharmacy and insurance teams.
• Prepare prior authorization requests and process EMR requests efficiently.

Requirements

• Must hold an active LPN license in NC/SC (compact license required).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations.
• Experience working in a telemedicine environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including 24/7 on-call shifts for the Critical Lab Phone Line.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment.
