What you will do
- Drive new customer acquisition and cross-selling through outbound and inbound prospecting.
- Manage the full sales pipeline, from discovery and qualification to proposal delivery.
- Collaborate with channel, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Execute omni-channel outreach strategies including cold calling, social selling, and targeted campaigns.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking within CRM systems.
- Support marketing initiatives such as events and webinars to generate new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months of experience in inside sales or a related field.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Proven ability to influence and persuade in both written and verbal formats.
- Experience with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Navigator and CRM platforms.
- Genuine curiosity regarding AI, cloud, storage, or IT solutions.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with in-office expectations.
Nice to have
- B2B sales experience.
- Exposure to the IT or cloud industry.
- Familiarity with partner ecosystems including resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
