What you will do

  • Drive new customer acquisition and cross-selling through outbound and inbound prospecting.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline, from discovery and qualification to proposal delivery.
  • Collaborate with channel, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Execute omni-channel outreach strategies including cold calling, social selling, and targeted campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking within CRM systems.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as events and webinars to generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 18 months of experience in inside sales or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Proven ability to influence and persuade in both written and verbal formats.
  • Experience with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Navigator and CRM platforms.
  • Genuine curiosity regarding AI, cloud, storage, or IT solutions.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with in-office expectations.

Nice to have

  • B2B sales experience.
  • Exposure to the IT or cloud industry.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems including resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
