What you will do
- Own designated offline channel and key account performance, including sell-out, profitability, and category growth targets.
- Develop and execute retail business strategies, covering assortment planning, promotion execution, and growth initiatives.
- Drive in-store visibility and retail execution excellence, ensuring consistent brand presentation and POSM deployment.
- Partner with customers to strengthen relationships, identify growth opportunities, and improve overall retail performance.
- Manage trade spend and channel investment budgets, including allocation, tracking, and post-activity evaluation.
- Collaborate with Marketing, GTM, and Distribution teams to support new product launches and category expansion.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in retail sales, offline channel management, or consumer electronics.
- Strong understanding of the Taiwan retail landscape and key offline channels.
- Proven track record in driving sell-out growth and managing commercial operations.
- Strong commercial acumen with solid analytical, forecasting, and business planning capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, execution-oriented mindset with strong ownership mentality.
