What you will do

  • Own and grow APAC revenue and design-win pipeline through channel partners.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage semiconductor distributors and embedded VARs across the region.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans (JBPs) aligned with priority verticals such as industrial, consumer, vision, and robotics.
  • Coordinate with HQ sales, marketing, and applications engineering to align pricing and account strategies.
  • Maintain market intelligence on the APAC semiconductor and embedded ecosystem and track competitor activity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in channel sales, distribution management, or partner-led revenue roles.
  • Strong existing network within semiconductor and embedded distributors and VARs in APAC.
  • Solid understanding of AI, semiconductor, embedded, or edge-compute markets.
  • Experience managing complex design-win sales cycles.
  • Willingness to travel regionally across APAC as required.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Taipei.
