What you will do
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a unified feedback and user success platform.
- Build scalable systems that integrate user research, behavioral analytics, and customer feedback into actionable insights.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to accelerate the development of an AI-powered product insights ecosystem.
- Lead the design of data products that surface user behavior, sentiment, and product performance.
- Partner with engineering, data science, research, and design teams to deliver integrated platform solutions.
- Establish clear success metrics and optimize product performance to influence senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on platforms, data products, or internal tools.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional product initiatives with measurable impact.
- Strong experience collaborating with research, analytics, data science, or engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, including discovery, prioritization, and execution.
- Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear product strategy.
- Must be based in Canada.

- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven products or a strong interest in applying AI to decision systems.
