What you will do

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a unified feedback and user success platform.
  • Build scalable systems that integrate user research, behavioral analytics, and customer feedback into actionable insights.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to accelerate the development of an AI-powered product insights ecosystem.
  • Lead the design of data products that surface user behavior, sentiment, and product performance.
  • Partner with engineering, data science, research, and design teams to deliver integrated platform solutions.
  • Establish clear success metrics and optimize product performance to influence senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on platforms, data products, or internal tools.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional product initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Strong experience collaborating with research, analytics, data science, or engineering teams.
  • Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, including discovery, prioritization, and execution.
  • Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear product strategy.
  • Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven products or a strong interest in applying AI to decision systems.
