What you will do

• Operate and adjust equipment in processing and packaging areas to ensure efficient line flow.
• Monitor product quality, line rates, and waste streams to meet production goals.
• Perform daily management system standards including CILs, FSILs, and defect handling.
• Execute sanitation activities for processing and packaging lines to maintain a food-safe environment.
• Conduct root cause analysis on production losses using established tools.
• Collaborate with production leads and team members to resolve issues and improve line performance.

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate, comprehend, and follow instructions in English (written and oral).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and bending.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Basic proficiency in PC skills including Windows, Word, and Excel.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, temperature variations, and allergens.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
