What you will do

• Design and execute experiments to develop new product prototypes and processes.
• Formulate products to meet specific nutritional, cost, and quality targets.
• Develop and document specifications for ingredients, manufacturing, and QA procedures.
• Conduct plant trials and manage new product startups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, and Operations.
• Manage a small product development team to meet strategic goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in food science or related field required
• 5 years of related experience in food science
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Pro-active self-starter mindset
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
