What you will do

• Evaluate and make decisions on client health needs for products requiring medical authorization.
• Administer special authorization processes using telecommunications and online POS technology.
• Liaise with customers and healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate treatment administration.
• Conduct online case assessments to support positive healthcare outcomes.
• Provide an efficient and positive customer service experience for providers and clients.

Requirements

• Active Nursing License.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including pharmaceutical treatment knowledge.
• Fluently Bilingual (English and French), both written and verbal.
• Must have resided in Canada for at least 5 years.
• Must hold Permanent Resident or Citizenship Status.
• Ability to obtain Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B).
