What you will do

• Research and develop new cosmetic, pet, and OTC products based on market trends.
• Manage lab batching, raw material procurement, and stability monitoring.
• Convert lab processes into technology transfer and GMP-compliant manufacturing procedures.
• Establish product specifications, master formulas, and bills of materials in the ERP system.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Source and qualify new ingredients to meet regulatory and marketing requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in product development within cosmetics or pharmaceutical industries.
• Proven experience formulating cosmetic, SPF, dietary supplements, or topical OTC products.
• Comprehensive knowledge of GMP requirements and laboratory processing techniques.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
