What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based one-on-one counseling and crisis intervention for patients with SUD/MH disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation that meets medical necessity and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate care with medical providers, case managers, and community partners to support whole-person treatment.
• Help patients build coping skills, emotional resilience, and relapse prevention strategies to ensure long-term stability.
• Collaborate with leadership on program initiatives, workflows, and process improvements to strengthen the dual diagnosis program.

Requirements

• Independent Licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) and a Master's degree.
• Experience providing substance use disorder and/or mental health counseling services.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches and recovery-oriented care.
• Strong clinical documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in Knoxville, TN (Hybrid schedule).
