What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based one-on-one counseling for patients with substance use and mental health disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation meeting medical and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate whole-person treatment with medical providers, case managers, and community partners.
• Implement trauma-informed approaches to help patients develop emotional resilience and relapse prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership on program initiatives, workflows, and process improvements to strengthen the dual diagnosis program.

Requirements

• Independent Licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) and a Master's degree.
• Experience providing substance use disorder and/or mental health counseling services.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches and recovery-oriented care.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule in Knoxville, TN.
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills.
