What you will do

• Perform blood draws, TB testing, and patient vital signs assessments.
• Collect, ship, and manage patient laboratory specimens and results.
• Assist in scheduling annual physicals and medical exams.
• Maintain laboratory inventory and ensure a sanitary workspace.
• Provide consultation to the medical team on lab testing and patient issues.
• Ensure strict patient confidentiality and report workplace hazards.

Requirements

• Active Medical Assistant certification.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and phlebotomist procedures.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and computer skills.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including prolonged standing and bending.
