What you will do

• Supervise counselors pursuing LADAC credentials through group and individual mentoring sessions.
• Monitor and assess the quality of clinical services and conduct fidelity monitoring of evidence-based practices.
• Manage a patient caseload, developing and implementing formal treatment plans according to state guidelines.
• Facilitate in-service training and coordinate care with various community providers.
• Ensure all supervision activities and records strictly adhere to Tennessee state regulatory requirements.
• Conduct intake, readmission, and follow-up services for patients.

Requirements

• Current Qualified Clinical Supervisor (QCS) recognized by the TN Board of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Tennessee state regulatory requirements for clinical supervision.
• Ability to work on-site in Dyersburg, TN.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and professional documentation skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues with sound judgment.
