What you will do
- Supervise counselors pursuing LADAC credentials through group and individual mentoring sessions.
- Monitor and assess the quality of clinical services and conduct fidelity monitoring of evidence-based practices.
- Manage a patient caseload, developing and implementing formal treatment plans according to state guidelines.
- Facilitate in-service training and coordinate care with various community providers.
- Ensure all supervision activities and records strictly adhere to Tennessee state regulatory requirements.
- Conduct intake, readmission, and follow-up services for patients.
Requirements
- Current Qualified Clinical Supervisor (QCS) recognized by the TN Board of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Tennessee state regulatory requirements for clinical supervision.
- Ability to work on-site in Dyersburg, TN.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and professional documentation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues with sound judgment.
Nice to have
- Experience supervising counselors in both group and individual settings.
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices for substance use disorder treatment.
- Prior experience in facilitating clinical skills or ethics training.
