Compensation: $300,000 - $325,000 USD

What you will do

• Deliver remote, video-based preventive, acute, and chronic care.
• Manage a dedicated panel of patients and refer to specialists when clinically indicated.
• Implement population health initiatives and support patients immediately post-discharge.
• Utilize the Clinical AI Platform to minimize administrative overhead and burnout.
• Conduct high-volume virtual visits, typically handling 3+ cases per hour.

Requirements

• Board Certification in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Active California (CA) state medical license (IMLC preferred).
• 3+ years of post-residency work experience.
• Proven experience with virtual visits and EPIC EMR.
• Eligible for enrollment as a Medicare provider.
• Availability to work overnight hours (9 PM - 7 AM Pacific Time), 40 hours per week.
