What you will do

• Act as a human coach in a three-way conversation between members and the AI assistant Phoenix via in-app chat.
• Provide 1-to-1 support and personalized lifestyle guidance across movement, nutrition, sleep, and stress management.
• Guide members through resistance training routines, breathwork, and wind-down content.
• Offer accountability and encouragement to help members build sustainable daily habits.
• Share qualitative member feedback with product and clinical teams to improve the user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (240 ECTS / 4-year programme).
• Active registration and cédula profissional with the Ordem dos Fisioterapeutas (OF).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal disorders.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is non-negotiable.
• Proficiency in Portuguese for occasional member support.
• AI Proficiency: Minimum Level 1 (Explorer) — daily use of AI to boost personal productivity.

Nice to have

• Experience in lifestyle or wellness coaching (e.g., weight management, behavior change).
• Familiarity with digital health or AI-assisted tools.
