What you will do

• Provide in-depth education to transplant coordinators and allied health professionals on Prospera implementation.
• Travel frequently (approx. 50%) to transplant centers for face-to-face customer support and clinical training.
• Collaborate with medical science liaisons and medical directors to provide scientific information to healthcare providers.
• Support ongoing clinical trials and research initiatives at academic institutions.
• Maintain deep scientific and clinical expertise in organ transplantation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of transplant coordinator experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Active RN license in one or more US states.
• Must be based in the central US and located near a major airport.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC) certification.
• Experience with national organ transplant organizations like NATCO, UNOS, or ITNS.
