What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party label partners and artists.
• Manage the end-to-end release lifecycle, from briefing to distribution.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs from marketing, legal, and finance teams.
• Support business development by identifying and qualifying new artist and IP opportunities.
• Build and maintain scalable processes for account management and release workflows.
• Champion the use of AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in account management, project management, or business development within the music or creative industry.
• Familiarity with the music industry landscape, including DSPs, distribution, and rights management.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
• Data-literate with experience interpreting streaming analytics.
• Proficiency in project management tools and AI-driven workflows.
• Must be based in London and able to work on-site.

Nice to have

• Experience working with record labels, distributors, or publishing administrators.
• Knowledge of performing rights organizations (PROs).
• Experience with metadata management or digital asset delivery.
• Multilingual skills or experience in international markets.
