What you will do

• Assess new applicants by reviewing medical diagnoses and analyzing test results.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for drug screenings, medical exams, and psychological testing.
• Maintain and update patient medical records after every interaction.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor candidate progress through the clearance process.
• Use analytical skills to inform care plans and identify potential medical shortcomings.

Requirements

• Active RN license and a BSN degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of practical clinical nursing experience with a focus on case management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for patient and provider interaction.
• Proficiency with electronic record management systems and standard office software.
• Ability to multitask and manage complex patient schedules effectively.

Nice to have

• CCM (Commission for Case Manager Certification) or ACM (American Case Management) certification (may substitute for 3 years of experience).
