What you will do

• Screen and manage donor offers from the OPTN contractor according to transplant center criteria.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Paragonix organ preservation devices and protocols.
• Ensure accurate pre- and post-transplant documentation within hospital EMR and OPTN systems.
• Provide excellent customer service to transplant centers, recipient patients, and their families.
• Collaborate with the team to train and evaluate new members.
• Remain reachable by telephone within 5 minutes during 24-hour call shifts.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor's degree in health science, nursing, general science, or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in a clinical transplant-related field.
• Ability to maintain credentials for hospital, Paragonix, and OPTN computer systems.
• Strong communication skills for relaying pertinent clinical information.

Nice to have

• ABTC certification as a CCRN or CPTC.
