What you will do

• Lead clinical engagement in the assigned Texas market to drive performance improvement in value-based care.
• Analyze KPI metrics to identify outlier data and partner with field teams to ensure goal completion.
• Conduct clinical engagement calls to foster relationships, troubleshoot patient cases, and disseminate best practices.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and skill-building to primary care practices to optimize patient management.
• Collaborate with tech and product teams to optimize hirify.global initiatives and provide clinical perspective on strategy.
• Mentor Local Medical Directors and participate in ACO Board Meetings.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO).
• Residency in an adult primary care specialty (Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine).
• 2+ years of direct clinical patient care experience.
• Must be a resident of Texas.

Nice to have

• Experience in clinical program development and quality improvement activities.
• Proven track record in cost containment initiatives or population health.
• Strong project management and analytical problem-solving skills.
