What you will do

• Own end-to-end clinical operations, including patient onboarding, care team workflows, and quality assurance.
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing remote clinical team of exercise physiologists, nurses, and care coordinators.
• Develop and enforce clinical SOPs, compliance frameworks, and accreditation standards.
• Partner with Growth and Partnerships to support program launches within hospital and health system accounts.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate clinical needs into technology requirements.
• Define, track, and report on clinical KPIs to drive continuous improvement in patient outcomes and safety.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in clinical or healthcare operations.
• Proven success building and scaling clinical programs in a digital health or virtual care environment.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and lead high-performing clinical teams in a remote setting.
• Strong strategic thinking paired with a bias toward execution.
• Data-driven mindset with experience owning clinical quality metrics and outcomes reporting.
• Exceptional communication skills to lead through influence with clinicians, executives, and partners.

Nice to have

• Clinical background in cardiology, pulmonology, or cardiac/pulmonary rehab.
• Experience working directly with hospital systems or health plan partners.
• Familiarity with value-based care models and CMS reimbursement frameworks.
