What you will do

• Investigate and resolve customer-reported software and system-level issues.
• Perform root cause analysis using debuggers, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
• Collaborate with globally distributed firmware, driver, and hardware teams to drive issue resolution.
• Debug and triage problems spanning both software and hardware domains.
• Create troubleshooting guides and contribute to process improvements.
• Provide insights from customer use cases to inform product development discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with consumer product development involving both software and hardware.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Familiarity with Windows drivers and operating system fundamentals.
• Exposure to audio subsystems or architectures.
• Proficiency in C, C++, Python, or PowerShell.
