What you will do

• Perform factory testing, calibration, configuration, and safety verification to prepare systems for delivery.
• Commission and validate systems at customer sites, including on-site testing and wireless communication surveys.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electro-mechanical, electrical, software, and communication issues in factory and field environments.
• Support customer acceptance testing during installation milestones.
• Develop technical documentation and deliver hands-on training to operators and customer teams.
• Coordinate as a technical lead for on-site activities or support senior engineers depending on level.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant industry experience (required experience varies from 1 to 12 years depending on level).
• Ability to troubleshoot control systems in both factory and field environments.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Working knowledge of Windows-based systems, device configuration, and basic networking.
• Must be based in the US (North Carolina).
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%.
