What you will do

• Lead integrated medical/scientific communication strategies, including publication planning and communications tactics.
• Serve as the principal scientific contact for client stakeholders and clinical leads, aligning scientific strategy to brand priorities.
• Oversee high‑quality content across various materials, including manuscripts, congress materials, and digital assets.
• Conduct detailed scientific reviews for accuracy, alignment, and stylistic consistency.
• Lead scientific discussions, workshops, speaker trainings, and advisory boards, representing the organization externally.
• Manage direct reports, conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and guide career development.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a scientific or healthcare‑related field preferred.
• 8+ years’ medical communications/medical writing experience, including multi‑asset or multi‑account leadership and scientific team oversight.
• 3+ years’ people management and coaching experience.
• Excellence in scientific writing, editing, and data interpretation.
• Strategic thinking and client leadership with expert facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of clinical research and regulatory landscape.
