Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with some potential for work from home 12pm-8pm; rotating Saturdays)

What you will do

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support the pharmacy manager in workflow management.
• Oversee data entry from providers and receiving pharmacies to ensure high quality and accuracy.
• Manage the end-to-end success of patient prescription transfers.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient records and oversee the secure destruction of documentation.
• Collaborate with management and technical staff to coordinate calls with pharmacy chains nationwide.
• Ensure all operations comply with corporate policies and State and Federal laws.

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Active Texas and California Pharmacist Licenses in good standing.
• 0-3 years of professional experience as a Pharmacist.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to master complex new software.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice to have

• Active Pharmacy Licenses in AL, AR, GA, IA, ID, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MO, MS, NE, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, VA, or WV.
