What you will do

• Conduct video-based pre-assessment consultations with prospective patients.
• Gather detailed medical histories, including current medications and family history.
• Assess patient suitability for referral to clinical consultants.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Guide patients through the onboarding process and answer clinical questions.
• Escalate safeguarding concerns and contraindications according to policy.

Requirements

• NMC-registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years post-registration clinical experience.
• UK-based nursing degree or equivalent qualification.
• Confident autonomous decision-maker with strong clinical reasoning.
• Comfortable working in a tech-enabled environment using video platforms and EMRs.
• Sound understanding of GDPR, clinical governance, and safeguarding.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in telehealth or remote patient consultations.
• Background in pain management or cannabis-based medicinal products.
• Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume clinical setting.
