TL;DR

What you will do

• Conduct clinical reviews via video calls with patients throughout their journey.
• Prescribe medicines and tailor treatments to individual patient needs.
• Clinically check and review CBPM prescriptions for safety and accuracy.
• Provide expert guidance to patients and support teams on treatment options.
• Maintain accurate patient records in line with GMC standards.
• Deliver education and training on CBPM to patients, clinicians, and staff.

Requirements

• Registered medical practitioner with the GMC and a full licence to practice
• Completion of Foundation Year 2 (F2) training or equivalent clinical experience (including GP or A&E placement)
• Experience working in a clinical setting
• Clear and confident communication skills across clinical and non-clinical settings
• Ability to manage complex workflows and prioritize competing demands

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CBPM or willingness to undergo specialized training
