AWS Managed Services Engineer (AWS)

What you will do

• Maintain customer system performance across a variety of clients and projects.
• Build and customize new features in client systems, including web applications and reporting tools.
• Resolve technical trouble tickets through email, phone, and video conferences.
• Update and maintain VoiceFoundry products and tools to expand service offerings.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and willing to subscribe to a Public Trust background.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with AWS Serverless concepts and services.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with vanilla JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and the NodeJS framework.
• Ability to troubleshoot malfunctioning systems and solve problems with minimal guidance.
• Strong communication skills and a high sense of urgency.
