What you will do

• Provide commercial and contractual expertise in project advisory, claims consulting, and expert services.
• Lead and manage commissions including investigation, analysis, report writing, resourcing, and pricing.
• Prepare technical reports, expert opinions, and client strategy recommendations.
• Manage client relationships and day-to-day needs for high satisfaction.
• Support business development by securing clients, negotiating fees, and delivering presentations.
• Mentor Consultants and Senior Consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, commercial management, construction management, or related field
• Achieved or working towards MRICS
• Technical knowledge of NEC and FIDIC contracts
• Minimum 10 years post-graduate experience in construction/engineering contractor or claims consultancy (project delivery essential)
• Experience in contentious claims, arbitration, or formal resolution (highly regarded)
• Excellent writing skills for professional reports
• Clear communication to non-technical audiences
