What you will do

• Own and manage the content calendar to ensure visibility and alignment across teams.
• Triage incoming content and copy requests, determining routing and prioritization based on scope.
• Partner with leadership and content strategists to plan and execute strategic content releases.
• Develop clear execution plans to amplify content across blogs, landing pages, emails, and social channels.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate content synthesis, editing, and execution.
• Review and edit content across various formats to maintain consistency in voice, tone, and messaging.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or content operations within B2B SaaS.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools for accelerating content creation and repurposing.
• Proven organizational and project management skills to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong writing and editing skills with high attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous processes in a fast-moving environment.
