What you will do
- Contribute to strategic direction for institutional segment aligned with business goals
- Partner with sales regions to identify and drive commercial improvements
- Lead cross-functional commercial projects and programs across sales organization
- Develop commercial toolbox including pipeline management, segmentation, targeting, and data insights
- Build scalable engagement model for institutional customers
- Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in management consulting or corporate commercial role
- Experience executing at strategic and operational levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid project management skills
- Ability to lead self and influence others
- Master's/MBA required
