What you will do

  • Contribute to strategic direction for institutional segment aligned with business goals
  • Partner with sales regions to identify and drive commercial improvements
  • Lead cross-functional commercial projects and programs across sales organization
  • Develop commercial toolbox including pipeline management, segmentation, targeting, and data insights
  • Build scalable engagement model for institutional customers
  • Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in management consulting or corporate commercial role
  • Experience executing at strategic and operational levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid project management skills
  • Ability to lead self and influence others
  • Master's/MBA required
